The magnetic separator is a type of machine specially designed by Hydro Italia to remove ferrous particles that accumulate in the pre-treatment and washing baths of metal pieces.
Removal of ferrous materials
The systems exploit the magnetic properties of ferrous materials; in particular the ability to be attracted to other magnetized bodies.
The bath will then be filtered on a non-woven fabric belt and the final result will be water free of ferrous particles, which can be recycled in the same bath of origin.
