presence of <strong>sand in wastewater<\/strong> can be solved by separating it with <strong>desanders<\/strong>: sand settles in the bottom of the hopper and is evacuated through the Archimedean screw.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:30px\">Sand removal: <strong>separation of sands from wastewater<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The desander performance<\/strong> allows a separation of up to <strong>90%<\/strong> of sand (this value refers to sand in clean water).<\/p>\n\n<p>The desander must be protected from the introduction of grease, oils and other floating materials in general which must be hold upstream in order to maintain the machine&#8217;s constant and correct
